Get A No Hassle Estimate There are two basic ways for us to give you a cost estimate. Most often for our local customers we'll meet them at the home and discuss the services that are needed, go over the client's wishes, and offer our analysis and solutions. If it is a second home and the owner isn't available, we'll discuss this information over the phone and through email contact.
The second way is for the homeowner to send us photos of all sides of the home via e-mail. This is often times the most convenient for homes difficult to access or for people who require discretion, or if you are contacting us from some distance. Sometimes we are able to give a bid from the photos, sometimes we'll still need to physically view the home, especially if it is of significant size.
And this is the last time we'll use the word, "estimate." We don't give estimates---that implies you are unsure of your costs, labor, etc. As long as you or your representative are able to discuss with us and come up with a Scope of Work, we'll present you with a BID for the work. A no-strings-attached price that you'll pay when the job is done. Our committment to "no surprises."
