We are often asked how we, logistically speaking, are able to service such a large area. We love to answer these questions! We refuse to accept anything less than having our clients feel 100% comfortable when trusting us to take care of their log home. To that end, here are the answers to some commonly-asked questions:

We Operate From Three Offices In Three States

Franklin, Tennessee;  Ozark, Missouri; and Loveland, Colorado. Occasionally, depending on workload, one branch may help the other branch out.

We Cover All Of Our Own Travel Costs!

When we give you a bid for the services you request, any costs we incur for traveling will already be factored in. Never, ever are “surprises” acceptable!

We Accept Risk For Weather-Related Challenges

Again, this is our commitment to making this the most comfortable buying experience of your life. The price you are quoted is the price you pay! No surprises.

We DO NOT Hire Contractors From Your Locale!

A crew from whichever office you are nearest (Missouri or Colorado) will be dispatched to your location. They are log home specialists that restore log homes all year long. Everything — including workers, trailers, and equipment — is dispatched from the local office.

A Project Manager Will Lead Your Job From Start To Finish

They will be your friend and the person that guides the entire project.
